Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: Novartis Hiring Product Specialist

Drive Competitive Sales Growth:
Create and execute personalized customer engagement strategies using market intelligence and data-driven insights. Ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory and achieve defined sales objectives.
Build Long-Term Relationships with HCPs:
Establish trust-based professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and medical staff, to increase awareness and adoption of Novartis products.
Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions:
Understand the specific needs of healthcare providers and offer relevant products, services, and support that enhance patient outcomes.
Share Market and Customer Insights:
Provide valuable feedback to internal teams regarding customer preferences, competition, and product performance to support the development of effective marketing strategies.
Ensure Ethical and Compliant Operations:
Maintain the highest standards of ethics and compliance by strictly following Novartis’s Code of Ethics and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma)
Candidates must have a science background (mandatory requirement)

Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
Experience in Oncology sales is highly preferred

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem and assigned territory
Proven account management capabilities
Data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
