Role: Executive – MSAT (Upstream)
The Executive – MSAT (Upstream) will be part of the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) team and will focus on upstream processing activities such as cell culture, fermentation, and bioreactor operations. Lupin Biotech Hiring for Executive MSAT
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize upstream bioprocessing workflows including seed preparation, fermentation, and scale-up activities.
- Conduct process development and technology transfer of upstream processes from R&D to manufacturing.
- Monitor and adjust parameters for bioreactors to ensure optimal cell growth and productivity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance yield and process robustness.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work in coordination with process development, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Maintain and calibrate upstream equipment and perform routine checks to ensure efficient operation.
- Generate detailed technical documentation, including batch records, development reports, and deviation reports.
