Key Responsibilities
- Safety Data Processing: Review, evaluate, and input Adverse Events (AEs) and endpoint reports into safety databases in accordance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
- Pharmacovigilance Operations: Perform case triage, narrative writing, medical coding, and update case statuses across project systems.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in data accuracy and ensure timely case submissions.
- Compliance: Adhere to global regulatory guidelines such as ICH-GCP, FDA, and EMA.
- Team Support: Participate in project meetings, support new joiners, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem Resolution: Escalate process deviations or quality concerns to senior team members.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or equivalent.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety is preferred.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of medical terminology and safety databases
- Familiarity with global pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based platforms
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Work Conditions
- Hybrid or on-site working model depending on location and team needs
