Ind-Swift is hiring experienced professionals with 2–10 years of relevant experience in the API or OSD segment. The openings are available in the following departments:
1. Production – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Operator / Sr. Operator
Qualification:
B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ITI, Diploma
Experience:
2–10 years in API/OSD manufacturing operations
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment like SSR, GLR reactors, RCVD dryers, ANFD filters, and centrifuges
- Handle exothermic reactions, batch processing, and distillation
- Ensure BMR/BPR documentation and GMP compliance
- Work in rotational shifts
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of DCS/PLC systems
- Experience in handling GMP audits and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a regulated environment
2. Packing – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Operator / Sr. Operator
Qualification:
B.Sc, B.Pharm, ITI, Diploma
Experience:
2–10 years in packing of API/OSD formulations
Responsibilities:
- Operate packing machinery (blister, strip, bulk)
- Maintain packing line documentation and ensure GMP compliance
- Perform labeling, line clearance, and area cleanliness checks
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with audit documentation and regulatory norms
- Hands-on experience in packing equipment operations
- Willingness to work in shifts

- Conduct analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution apparatus
- Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
- Prepare analytical documentation for regulatory compliance
Skills Required:
- Expertise in analytical techniques and instrumentation
- Understanding of GLP, GMP, and ICH guidelines
- Experience in facing audits from USFDA/MHRA
4. Quality Assurance (QA) – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience:
2–10 years in API/OSD quality assurance
Responsibilities:
- Conduct line clearance, BMR/BPR review, and IPQA activities
- Manage QMS tasks like deviations, CAPA, and change control
- Support in regulatory inspections and audit readiness
Skills Required:
- Strong documentation and compliance knowledge
- Hands-on experience in QMS tools
- Audit facing experience (USFDA/MHRA preferred)
