TCS is inviting applications for the role of Drug Safety Associate for its Mumbai and Pune locations. Role: Drug Safety Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process adverse event cases in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform data entry, medical coding, and case assessment in Argus Safety Database.
- Ensure timely case submission and documentation as per global PV guidelines.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain communication with stakeholders for case completeness.
- Support safety-related audits and internal quality reviews.
- Collaborate with medical reviewers and safety physicians for case processing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety procedures and data integrity.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Pharm.D
- Life Sciences (BSc / MSc – Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies (ICH, EMA, FDA, CDSCO) and global PV compliance.
- Working knowledge of Argus Safety Database is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
