Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading formulation and process development of oral dosage products intended for international markets. Key responsibilities include: Granules India Hiring for Formulation R/D Scientist
- Formulation Design & Development:
- Work on various types of formulation projects such as NCE-1, F2F (First-to-File), and 505(b)(2) submissions.
- Preference for candidates with oncology formulation experience.
- QbD-Based Strategy Execution:
- Implement Quality by Design (QbD) principles across development stages – from pre-formulation studies to pilot bioequivalence (BE) batches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams including Analytical R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Quality Assurance for successful project execution.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare key technical documentation such as:
- Technology Transfer Reports
- Stability Study Reports
- Product Development Reports
- Master Formula Records (MFRs)
- Prepare key technical documentation such as:
- Technology Transfer Support:
- Lead or support technology transfers from R&D to commercial manufacturing plants, ensuring process scalability and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, or Industrial Pharmacy)
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years, up to 10 years of hands-on formulation R&D experience
- Must have worked on solid oral dosage forms targeted at regulated markets (US, EU, Canada)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of QbD, Design of Experiments (DoE), and scale-up techniques
- Understanding of bioequivalence study planning and evaluation
- Proven track record in regulatory documentation and submission support
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines, cGMP, and global regulatory expectations
