Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. Production Department
- Operation and monitoring of injectable manufacturing equipment (autoclaves, vial filling, isolators, etc.)
- Execution of batch manufacturing records (BMR) in compliance with GMP standards
- Participation in validations, qualifications, and routine operations
- Maintaining cleanroom protocols and aseptic conditions

2. Quality Control (QC)
- Performing chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Operation of analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and IR
- Preparation and review of test protocols and reports
- Ensuring all documentation complies with data integrity and regulatory norms
3. QC – Microbiology
- Environmental monitoring and microbiological testing of water systems and sterile areas
- Handling of microbial limit tests, sterility tests, and endotoxin testing
- Calibration and operation of equipment like Laminar Air Flow, incubators, autoclaves, etc.
- Support in cleanroom validation and monitoring
Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences
- B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute
- Experience:
- 2 to 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, or microbiology
- Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance standards
- Good documentation practices
- Experience with analytical instruments or microbiological testing (as applicable)
