Job Roles & Responsibilities
Here’s what you can expect in each department:
1. Production Officer
- Assist in daily manufacturing operations (granulation, compression, coating, etc.)
- Follow GMP & SOP guidelines strictly
- Prepare and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR)
- Operate and calibrate machines as per schedule
2. Quality Assurance (QA) Officer
- Review production and analytical documentation
- Handle IPQA activities and in-process checks
- Support deviation, CAPA, and change control documentation
- Ensure compliance with WHO, USFDA, and local audit requirements
3. Quality Control (QC) Officer
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, FTIR, etc.
- Maintain laboratory records and calibration logs
- Participate in internal and external audits
