Available Job Roles and Departments
Aurore is hiring for the following departments:
1. API Manufacturing (Production/SRP)
- Experience Required: 0–5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment used in API production.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Work in the SRP (Solid Oral Dosage) production areas and maintain process hygiene.
- Document daily production activities and support batch manufacturing records.
2. Quality Control (Microbiology/HPLC)
- Experience Required: 0–3 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Microbiological testing and HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis of API samples.
- Perform stability and environmental monitoring tests.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, ICH, and global regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain analytical reports and laboratory records.
3. Engineering (Mechanical/Fitter)
- Experience Required: 0–6 years (preferably in API manufacturing environment)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support plant utilities.
- Ensure continuous operation of critical machinery and facility systems.
