Job Description – TA/Sr.TA (Production Department)
Selected candidates will be responsible for managing daily operations in the Softgel Capsule Production unit, ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, clean, and maintain softgel production equipment (e.g., encapsulation machines, dryers).
- Monitor batch processing activities and production line performance.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and complete batch documentation.
- Adhere strictly to GMP guidelines, safety standards, and quality norms.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
- Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and warehousing teams to achieve production targets.
