Job Role: ARD & QC Executive / Analyst / Chemist
- Department: Analytical Research & Development / Quality Control

- Education Required: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry (other Chemistry specializations may be considered)
Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the ARD or QC departments will be expected to: Anthem Biosciences Hiring for ARD / QC
- Perform analytical method development, validation, and routine testing.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution Apparatus, and UV Spectrophotometer.
- Conduct wet chemical analysis and stability studies as per SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare analytical reports and logbooks.
- Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry
- Candidates with a post-graduate degree in other chemistry streams may be considered based on relevant experience.
Experience:
- 2 to 6 years of practical experience in ARD or QC functions within a pharmaceutical or CRO setup.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as:
- High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- UV-Vis Spectrophotometry
- Dissolution testing
- Titration and classical wet chemistry
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Experience in data integrity, report writing, and working under regulated environments.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in shift-based roles.
