- Conduct Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), Interim Monitoring Visits, and Close-Out Visits.

- Monitor patient enrollment, study progress, and protocol compliance through on-site and remote visits.
- Ensure all site operations adhere to ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Novartis SOPs.
- Maintain Investigator Site Files (ISF) and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform source document verification (SDV) and ensure data entry quality in clinical trial systems.
- Identify risks or delays at clinical sites and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support audit and inspection readiness, including CAPA development when needed.
